In Phase Three we bring in the catchers — substances that grab released toxins on their way through the gut so they leave with the stool instead of being reabsorbed.
Activated charcoal
Broad-spectrum. Catches almost everything. Take away from food and supplements by at least two hours, or you'll bind those too.
Bentonite clay
Heavier metals, especially. A little goes a long way. Sip slowly with water; never with anything carbonated.
Chlorella
Gentle, daily, food-like. Best for mercury and aluminum. Cracked-cell varieties only.
A practical schedule
- Morning: chlorella with breakfast.
- Mid-morning: charcoal, two hours after eating.
- Bedtime: clay, on an empty stomach.
That's a full binder day. Not flashy. Quietly effective.
Daily nudges, the right rituals, in order.
The four-phase method is built into the app. Free during Phase 1 of our launch — on iPhone and Android.
