Sweat, rebound, breath: three quiet ways to mobilize what's stored.
You don't need a heroic workout to express what's been sitting in your tissues for a decade. You need consistency, heat, and bouncing — yes, bouncing.

Phase Two is where the work gets a little more visible. You've spent a week opening the pathways; now we ask the body to release what it's been storing — and the three best tools are quieter than you'd think.
Sweat
Twenty to thirty minutes, three times a week. Infrared if you have access; a hot bath with epsom salts if you don't. The point isn't intensity. The point is time at temperature.
Rebound
Five minutes a day. A small trampoline if you have one; gentle heel bouncing if you don't. Lymph has no pump. You are the pump.
Breath
Four counts in through the nose, six counts out through the mouth. Ten cycles, three times a day. It sounds like nothing. It opens the diaphragm — which is the body's other lymph pump.
Daily nudges, the right rituals, in order.
The four-phase method is built into the app. Free during Phase 1 of our launch — on iPhone and Android.
